At this point of time our ability for incentives is limited, we are trying to raise money for a 4th (and maybe a 5th) Guild tab, and those few high levels we currently have are all busy grinding for their armour and epic flyers.
This is not to say that we do not have any incentives.
At the moment we will donate 10g to anyone as they hit level 40 to aide in getting their mount & training (exceptions are Paladins and Warlocks).
We will also provide tabards, not just for any new member as we used to, but for anyone who seems dedicated to the guild.
Please note as our banks balance grows incentives may grow also
